IMAC has a workshop of over 300m2 that can handle all your needs, whether mechanical, electronic or IT-related.

For each piece of equipment serviced, we have at least one identical configuration in working order. This allows us to carry out tests in real-world conditions and to manufacture and validate spare parts.

Engine Reconditioning
Replace the parts necessary for the proper functioning of the motor to guarantee its lifespan for several years.
Replacement of bearings, graphite brushes, encoder cells, and drive pulleys. IMAC's Reverse Engineering service provides treated pulleys that improve their lifespan.

Functional testing of the Singulator Tires for the Opex S150.
Four prototype tires, each with a different material and hardness, were put into production on our workshop machines. The selected model will be mass-produced and installed on customer machines.

The IMAC workshop has the equipment and expertise necessary to diagnose many faulty Burroughs, Opex, NCR, Datacard, and other boards.

Software Upgrade
Software and hardware update
We upgrade your old, vulnerable industrial equipment running on Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows 7 to the latest Microsoft operating systems, such as Windows 10 or 11, to ensure a fully secure environment with regular Microsoft updates.
Drivers are updated and reprogrammed by our engineers, and machine control software is adapted to the new environment.
